How to Setup HA Tunnel for Free Internet Using DNS Method
Setting Up HA Tunnel Plus with DNS Method
Step 1: Generate DNS Payload
First, generate a DNS payload using our payload generator tool. This will be used to configure your HA Tunnel connection.
Step 2: Install HA Tunnel Plus
Download and install HA Tunnel Plus from the Google Play Store if you haven't already.
Step 3: Open HA Tunnel Plus
Launch the HA Tunnel Plus application on your device.
Step 4: Select Custom Setup
In the main screen of HA Tunnel Plus, tap on "CUSTOM SETUP" to begin configuring your connection.
Step 5: Choose DNS Tunnel
From the connection options, select "DNS Tunnel" instead of Direct Connection.
Step 6: Configure DNS Settings
Enter the following settings:
- DNS Server: Enter your DNS server address (from the payload)
- DNS Port: Usually 53 (default DNS port)
- Paste your generated DNS payload in the "Payload" field
Step 7: Additional Settings
Configure these additional settings for optimal performance:
- Enable "UDP Mode" for faster connection
- Try different DNS resolvers if the default one doesn't work
- You can experiment with "DNS over HTTPS" option for better security
Step 8: Start Connection
Tap on the "START" button to initiate your connection. If everything is configured correctly, you should be connected to the internet.
Troubleshooting
Connection Issues:
If you're having trouble connecting, try these solutions:
- Try different DNS servers (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 9.9.9.9)
- Toggle UDP Mode on/off
- Check if your payload is correctly formatted
- Ensure your internet connection is stable
Slow Connection:
DNS tunneling is generally slower than other methods. To improve speed:
- Use a DNS server that's geographically closer to you
- Enable compression options if available
- Try different DNS resolvers to find the fastest one
DNS Method vs. SSL Method
Advantages of DNS Method: Works in networks where SSL inspection is active, more difficult to detect and block, can bypass certain firewalls.
Disadvantages: Generally slower than SSL method, more complex to set up, may require more troubleshooting.
If the DNS method doesn't work for you, consider trying the SSL method instead.
